This is the new bus shelter in Rose Avenue - provided recently for local residents by Hazlemere Parish Council. The Rose Avenue shelter was requested by residents of Nickson Court and will be of great benefit to them and all others waiting for buses heading towards High Wycombe. Due to the width of the pavement and the need not to transgress onto private land, this was a difficult matter to plan and negotiate and thanks are due to Cllr John Hagan who took much of this on board, working as always with the Parish Clerk. The Parish Council hopes the shelter will be well used, appreciated and respected by all.
There is a casual vacancy for the above Ward caused by the resignation of Councillor K Tucker; the relevant vacancy notice formal notification is attached.
